Support Ticket From Bux.to

I sent in a support ticket a few days ago regarding the extreme lateness of my payment and this is what I was sent in return:


Your payment is in a queue and it is paid by first come first served basis. You must wait for those people requested before you to be paid.

Please do not submit multiple tickets regarding your payment. It does not speed up your payment submitting more than 1 ticket about your payment.

We cannot predict when you will receive your payments because of the queue length and work load. Please take a look at our members' own Payment Tracking System by looking at the Latest Payout Dates in Success Stories at http://buxbb.com/index.php?showtopic=29766 to see what date we are paying now. You will get a better idea when you will get paid through this tracking system.

We do not support Paypal payments. Payments are made via Alertpay or Bux.to Mastercard only depending on your choice. If you do not have a Bux.to card, please make an account at http://www.alertpay.com and update your Bux.to details at http://www.bux.to/profile.php if you haven't already done so, so payment can be made to your Alertpay's account.

Please read the Terms of Service that you have agreed to during registration when you signed up with us.
"We will endeavour to process and issue your payment via AlertPay or Bux.to card within 30 business days for premium and 60 business days for standard members, however due to our extensive audit procedure means we cannot guarantee this."

Payments are currently delayed because:

1. There is currently massive amount of requests to be dealt with, the queue is long
2. Currently the script we're using is extremely limited, 100% manual work to check each and every single one request to make sure payments are made to the right person
3. Out of 10 requests, 4 are cheaters, we have to make multiple checks to make sure we pay to the rightful person

Please accept our deepest apologies for this.

Please be patient, you will be paid soon. Please do not send any more tickets on the matter, as we are doing our utmost to catch up, and repeated tickets will slow down the the whole ticket system, and uses staff that could be solving other cases or doing payments.
